M2 Consultants, Inc. (M2) was established in April 2004. M2 provides straightforward, highly sophisticated analyses and design services to address complex engineering projects. M2C focuses on utilizing equivalent linear and non-linear numerical modeling computer programs to solve dynamic Soil-Foundation-Structure Interaction problems. M2C has been providing high-quality professional services since its founding and is well-regarded in the industry for its expertise in solving highly complex issues associated with geotechnical earthquake engineering.

M2C also provides various services in the planning, design, and construction of large infrastructure projects, which include performance-based earthquake engineering, asset infrastructure fragility evaluations, emergency preparedness, and disaster planning.

M2C has made numerous presentations to public and private sector clients and has assisted senior management teams in preparing for public meetings. As the chief engineer and President of M2C, I have continuously demonstrated technical excellence and leadership by publishing and presenting over 50 technical papers at conferences, ASDSO, USSD, DFI, UESI, and numerous other smaller local conferences.
